The lathe  is design for energy industry for machining turbine shafts, paper and cement industry for machining of drums with large diameter and lengths. The lathe owing to application of innovative mechanical solutions combined with the advanced control and programming systems guarantees efficient roughing and finish-machining. The base construction of the machines are rigid foundation plates where is possibility to move the two-guideways bed, headstock and the tailstock. This configuration of machine allows for a wide range of machining and provides high accuracy, repeatability and excellent finish of surfaces treated providing reliability. The wide range of accessories enables further increase of machining efficiency.

1 General features of the machine

1.1           Two-guideway bed, cast of cast iron of advanced mechanical properties, standardized, suitably ribbed, setting and fixing on the foundation plates, provided with hardened guideways purposed for the carriage  of  hardness min. 45 HRC;
